When it comes to property as an asset class, is that how we should be thinking about it in the same way that we might think about equities or bonds? Or is it something else? And what does diversification look like in something else?

I actually thought the way Marcus described it earlier was really good as being at the low growth end of the equity market and high growth end of the bond market.
