Episode 1: Gretchen Felker-Martin
19:43
Um, this just happens to be the, the weird white people shit that, you know, my grandparents [laughs] got into.
19:52
Um, and it's funny because around the time that I saw this movie, I had a conversation with my grandfather and I asked him, you know, "Do you believe that this stuff is real? Do you believe in, like, the mysticism and the, the laws?" And he told me, "You know, it saved my family to, like, go together into this, and that's what's important to me." And I, I respected him for that answer.
20:26

20:32
