Have you guys kind of got any interest or ideas for like alternative uses kind of thing and how does like track and field and stuff like that kind of fit into this whole puzzle?

Yeah, that's a great question.

So the track and field piece, I'll start there.

You're a construction guy, so scope creep happens sometimes.

But this one is something that happened in the best way.

So if you look at the renderings, you can see the track that's immediately to the south of the new stadium.

That track already exists.

Can you can you first explain that and then kind of explain, you know, what what the idea is around some of the mixed use areas and stuff like that as well?
