Today, I wanna share with you a quick iPhone tip with all of you that's made a huge difference for me.

You know what nobody warns you about when you become a practice owner, a leader, or let's be honest, just a human being with great ideas? Your brain doesn't shut off.

Mine certainly doesn't, 'cause I'll be sitting on the couch on Sunday morning, cup of coffee in hand, sitting back, and boom, we should change the monthly scorecard, or maybe it's ten-thirty PM.

I need to tell the team about a quick scheduling efficiency tweak I'd like to try on Monday.

My instinct, text it immediately, 'cause if I don't, it's gone, and that thought feels too important to lose.
