Greg ReddenGUEST
And if you look at a lot of the other cities that are our size, they're not able to do that.

Greg ReddenGUEST
They have to not only bump it all the way up to the to the no new tax rate to the three and a half percent but some of them are having to go back out to you know raise more money you know I saw where some communities are doubling, tripling their fees that they have so they can bring in a tax rate that way.

Greg ReddenGUEST
We want to be able to bring in industry that will help us with our tax rate and continue to lower it by also bringing quality of life.

Greg ReddenGUEST
