With Susan, I've known her for a long time, and what was important was listening to her as I gave her different options.

One option to buy this condo had to do with her financing it, having a bridge loan to put down the down payment.

I walked her through that, told her what the interest cost would be, and then I also said, hey, the other alternative is you just take all the money out from me.

Pay the taxes and then you don't have a mortgage.

And I walked her through the math and I could hear her in her voice that she wasn't comfortable with paying all that interest.
