So do you think that once he kind of got off of the fact that this probably won't happen and I won't win another championship here, is that when you feel like he kind of made his mind up that, okay, all good things must come to an end?

You know, I think that at some point over the last year or so, the fracturing of the relationship started.

And if I think about how Giannis arrived in Milwaukee as a kid, really kind of an unknown commodity, he came over here, his family was overseas.

Giannis was sending money back to them so they could stay afloat.

Eventually, it was the Bucks that brought Giannis' family, quite literally, to the state of Wisconsin and to the United States.

But you think about the individuals who were involved in that, and that includes Mark Lazzari and Peter Fagan.

At that time, the general manager, John Hammond.

Does it tell you that the Bucs at some level are acknowledging that, yeah, we're not in compete now mode or even one or two years from now mode, but really we're looking at what's going to happen three, four more years down the road?
