So what's your suspicion about the mechanism of action that makes caffeinated coffee beneficial when it comes to atrial fibrillation?
25:05
Yeah, so this points to an observation that we as heart rhythm disorder specialists know but may not be, uh, obvious to most, is that even in this very small, narrow sub-subspecialty of cardiology focused on heart rhythm disorders, those disorders themselves are very different from one another.
25:26
So there are many mechanisms that are biologically plausible that ex- could explain why caffeinated coffee would reduce quite specifically this very common problem, atrial fibrillation.
25:40
So number one, oftentimes people with this disorder, they, the trigger is not adrenaline or exercise, but tends to be more the opposite, where there is more what we call vagal tone, where the parasympathetic part of what we call the autonomic nervous system, this is the part of the autonomic nervous system that is constantly in tension or in harmony, uh, with the adrenaline or sympathetic side.
26:09
So when people are asleep, atrial fibrillation may wake them.
26:15
Or after a very heav- heavy meal, they may develop atrial fibrillation.
26:19
I even have some patients that say they can break out of the AFib by running up a hill or doing pushups.
29:10
Aside from atrial fibrillation, what's the downside to caffeine? 'Cause I feel like that is constantly being pushed.

pandemic.
19:57
I'd love to tell you this because I'm so smart.
19:59
I figured it all out.
20:00
We just didn't have so much debt that we couldn't get through it.
20:02
We had debt, and it was management.
20:05
We had to manage it, and there were some days I was quite terrified.
20:08
And we had to take on more debt to get through it, which we actually subsequently retired.

who I am?

Is 45 days viable? Is it enough? What's your thoughts
12:40
on the matter? I mean, I'd like more, but it needs to be.
12:44
I mean, viable, I'm glad you used the right word because we want our industry to be viable.
12:48
And we have to have a longer period of exclusivity.
12:52
The data is showing us this.
12:54
We are seeing that if you look at the top 10 film, and if you use the model by one studio that basically says that anything under the top 10, anything under $50 million is subject to a 17-day window on a PVOD.
13:06
Those films that are below the top 10 are off 30%.

Where is Marcus looking at in terms of your allocation of this CapEx?
