What were some of the things, like some of the hallmarks of, I think, what you would call your own leadership style now, or principles of what you think makes a great creative or a great director or something like that, that you learnt through osmosis or explicit moments with these people? Do you have anything that comes to mind through that, from that time in your life?

All of these people, they would put so much attention to detail and, and I think even early in my career, I would ask, "Why, why are we going so far with this stuff?" And they're like, "Because the audience deserves it, because we're trying to create something that's timeless." Like, people notice quality, and um, I've tried to bring that forward into games, and I hope people feel it when they play Saros and Returnal and all the games I've been part of, is there is this resound passion for quality, so that way when people experience it, even if they can't see all the detail you put in, they, they feel it.

Greg LoudenGUEST
It's kind of there's those-- I think it was just a, across whether it's a director or an artist or a junior, everyone was just putting so much attention to detail into the craft work that, um, I think it, it, it adds like a resolute sense of quality and timelessness to it all.
