And ultimately, you could correct me if I'm wrong, that was the vest you wore at Cortez Bank that you nearly died in.
5:51
I think just their history and obviously building technical equipment for sports that have life-threatening consequences.
5:58
Obviously, the climbing world, you can't be making half-assed anything, right? If it fails, that's somebody's life potentially at the other end of that failure.
6:11
So I think just that... alone, built into the ethos of their brand of just make the best product.
6:18
And, you know, it's never about making money, going to market, you know, marketing, PR, whatever.
6:23
It's, you know, what are we making this for? How do we make it the best? And, you know, again, it's a lifesaving piece of equipment, though it shouldn't be, you know, Worn as as that, you know It shouldn't give you a false sense of security that you know things can't go wrong and even with it I always like to say that's the very last line of you know, safety defense that you have even though a Lot of big wave surfers now are kind of using it You know as the first line as a preventative measure from ever getting to a life-threatening, you know situation in the water so Um, now back to my experience, uh, had one of the very early prototypes of the V1 and we were on a paddle expedition out to the Cortez bank, which is a seamount, a hundred miles off the coast of Southern California.
7:08
And at that point it was, you know, prior to that, always kind of just a towing wave.

13 MINS LATER

How does a young kid from probably surfing's performance maker, being San Clemente, get into big wave surfing and become the big wave surfer you are today and have been for the last 20 years? I think I met you in 2001 for the Big Wave Africa at Dungeons, and you guys were over there, I think, 18, 19 years old, you and your brother, were coming over and already doing it back then and on the map at such a young age.
3:23
So how does the auto portability network solve that problem? What is it that's unique about this and who's involved? So it's a consortium
3:33
of record keepers.
3:34
So the organization is the business process.
3:39
The movement of money is called auto portability.
3:42
And then the organization is called the Portability Services Network.
3:47
And that's made up of a group of record keepers.
3:50
That's light, obviously, Fidelity, Empower, Vanguard.
8:29
So you can speak from a plan sponsor standpoint of, you know, from those two perspectives, how do you how do you think about the economics of just small balance accounts and moving moving these accounts around?
