I love the question, Andrea, 'cause I think that when I look at trust, and you said it, whe-whether it's our own personal relationships, family relationships, business relationships, I don't think there is a word that is more important that we are aware of and that we want to make sure that people feel from us as well as within our teams and organization, is that they feel safe and that they're trusted to do what they say they're going to do, but also that they trust their leaders.
