Anything else that would be helpful for fractionals to think about as they're having these conversations or how can we channel the needs of organizations or even like, is there a difference between organizations that are sort of thinking about the future and evolving versus the ones who are a little bit more stuck in their ways?
22:36
Yeah, I think there are huge differences between this mindset shift and these kind of like two different personas and styles of leadership are already pronounced and increasingly going to become pronounced.

And I would guess that for the more traditional, and I'd be curious what you think, for the more traditional nonprofit organization or ED, that they would view a fractional approach first and foremost, through the lens of sort of a, this is a savings relative to a full-time hire or that it's a way, you know, that it's low risk and that for that next generation of organization, that it's really more about that iteration helping us figure out exactly what it looks like.

I mean, there were, and part of why I founded this organization and tried to create this content, there were so many times we set out to be this innovative, high-growth organization at CoachArt.
23:36
And there were so many times where, you know, you solve whatever the biggest barrier to your growth is, and then it just presents a totally different barrier.

They're looking at this.
