What were some of the typical topics that you ended up discussing with people?
2:08
Well, I think the two primary things that seem to come up is, first of all, temporary and permanent gracing is always a topic of conversations.
2:16
We brought along some of the B-series sheets, and that has really helped stimulate a lot of the conversations as far as that goes.
2:23
And with that, it's really interesting to hear the perspectives about what works, what doesn't work, the challenges that they have, what they're seeing, what the trends are, and things like that.
2:32
It obviously helps us improve these documents as we go forward.
2:36
The second thing is the new EFP trust that we released.
2:39

For someone who wasn't able to attend, what did that program cover? And what did you see or hear from the people who participated?
13:12
Yeah, thank you.
13:13
Yeah, it was neat to bring this to BCMC, I guess maybe just to back up a little bit.
13:19
We started these QC boot camps a little over a year and a half ago, and the purpose of them is just to really...
13:28
Educate people on the quality requirements and speak GPI-1.
13:32
But more than that, just get into a broader discussion about the importance of quality and a quality management system and management's role in that.
13:41
And basically just highlighting that.
