And it's not a matter, I mean, in terms of the content, you could probably crush it and get a degree much quicker, but it's a much more, I guess, holistic formation of the whole person.

We talk about four dimensions of formation, human formation, spiritual formation, academic formation, and pastoral formation.

The community life, the men that you live with, you don't just go to school and then come back to your apartment and live your own life.

You live with these men for eight to ten years, and you bump elbows and rub elbows up against each other, polishing like a stone.
