Greg, what's Normandeau's history been with wind? I mean, you guys do other things in your consulting business, but what's the history there with wind in your engagement?

Yeah, so we've had a long history of working with the wind industry.

I got started in Normandeau in 2006, and at the time there was a proposed project at Kennedy Space Center, close to the Kennedy Space Center, which is also right next to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge.

And we were responsible for putting together a risk assessment for collisions for all the birds in that particular area that might be susceptible to collision from wind turbines.

So that's how I got my start.

And then we did a lot more, that's kind of more desktop work.

And then we also got started doing a lot of pre-construction work with field surveys and collecting data, what birds are there, when are they there, and how they might be impacted by wind.

So Greg, can you just kind of paint a picture for what offshore wind energy looks like and how that is impacting wildlife in the air? Does it impact wildlife underwater as well? What does that look like?
