So, so, um, obviously you had some success at Elmira, and therefore, how did you end up getting the head coaching job at, at Colgate and having even more success there?

I had been there at Elmira then, uh, I think for four years, um, you know, and, and had experienced, you know, like I said, some, some quick success there, um, with our teams at Elmira.

Felt like I was, I was growing as a coach after spending four years there, seeing your own recruits come in, understanding what that process looks like.

Um, and again, I, uh, reflecting back at my time at Canisius, that was a different experience, but one that, that served me really well in, in that role at Elmira and then, and then beyond that at, uh, at Colgate.
