So what kind of organisations, you know, how are people coming to you in the first place? How do they find out about you or how do they come through these referral partners?

So we have meetings with NELF, which is the North East London NHS Trust.

They have social prescribing and talking therapy.

So a lot of people come through them.

A lot of people come through word of mouth.

So the LGBTQI community, it sort of got around us being a very sort of safe, inclusive, welcoming space.

So we did have a big run of people from that community.

And what do you and the other volunteers enjoy most about doing this day to day?
