It's a question I always hear.

And my response was that it leaves opportunity to take that employee and give them more value-added work that's more meaningful to them, more valuable to the company or the agency.

And nobody wants to do data entry.

None of us do.

So, you know, sure, if AI can do that for me, that gives me more time to do, you know, more analysis and thinking or marketing or what have you.

So, you know, not to say that there won't be cases where jobs are eliminated and, you know, headcount for cost savings, but hopefully our industry will improve.

more often than not, make those people that have been doing the manual work, give them more value added jobs that are more meaningful.
