So maybe you can give us the, a little bit of the backstory about your, uh, your collection and why it, what's, what's it made up of and why is it important now?

Greg CarlsonGUEST
In the early 1980s, I had been asked to be not only a professor doing usual research, but also to work in Jesuit formation of younger Jesuits and in Jesuit administration.

Greg CarlsonGUEST
That meant less time for studying the traditional old authors that I had written articles about, but it meant more travel to new places with other used bookshops to investigate.

Greg CarlsonGUEST
So when we had conferences or meetings in various places and my colleagues were getting off the plane saying, Where are your restaurants and museums? I was saying, where are your flea markets and used bookshops? I had a chance to collect some of these things.

Eric ClaytonHOST
So I wonder if you might tell one or two of your favorites, either of getting one of these items or a book itself, kind of as you've traveled the world.
