How do you marry all that together to adjust the constraints in your practices, you know, your pitch dimensions, your conditions, or just even your rules to get your coaching points across, but share that and balance that support with your assistants as well?
19:06
Yeah, so it's been very difficult, I'm not going to lie, even in Uzbekistan and where I am now.
19:11
The reason for this, because it is unfortunate, but the coaches within where I am now and where I was previously, they didn't have necessarily the education behind, I'm not saying not educated, the education behind tactical periodization, fitness periodization, the session planning, understanding the topics, the training, um let's say principal sub-principle sub-sub-principles i know these are sort of buzzwords as of such so when i'm speaking to and i'll come back to this in a second but when i was speaking to the technical director i was like well this is the national technical director what exactly do you want from me and how do you want to develop etc so we had a long conversation about where he wants to go what he wants to do he wants it to be more professional i was like okay So I laid it out for him.
19:57
This is the basic level of what we need.

And then above this, we can have other things.
20:02
So I said, okay.
20:03
I said, so from my point of view, I need your help because I can't and I won't introduce everything at once because it's too much.

What would you say, Greg, is the single most important habit or mindset shift that they need to make to be an effective coach of working with foreign players or working in a foreign country?
