Tell us a little bit about what it was like to take on the operational leadership of such a large entity, and did, did you look at that different from your duties of, you know, speaking and, and working with citizens?

A little bit.

The Marine Corps, again, very beneficial because as, as you move up in rank, you have bigger responsibilities, so, and you learn how to do all those things.

In my leadership, [laughs] I had some traits and principles like the services do, but I put in realities in there.

And the first one is that everybody wants to be on a good team.
