It doesn't feel very – warm and you know welcoming in the cbd denport on the other hand has invested a lot in infrastructure the council here and and have built quite a nice quite a nice um cbd um i think that bernie's got this massive opportunity ahead of him um If you believe that, you know, the Marist Link's going to get up and running and there's a biofuel plant or something that's happening there and they've got the new Woolworths, I mean, that's going to inject a lot of activity which should help fuel some population growth because I don't think there's workers here to be able to build what they need.
