84:09
Now, with that being said, I started working at Ali's as a 14-year-old kid in 2020, excuse me, in 2002.
84:16
And long story short, that family that runs that business became my family over the years through college, through, uh, through all the things that, you know, I've been able to accomplish in my life.
84:29
They've been people who have supported me and, uh, really made sure that I was okay.
84:34
Every, every, every step of the way.
84:37
Um, so when they approached me back in 2024 to help run the donut shop so that the owners who are now in their seventies could retire, I, uh, I stepped up and absolutely took over to make sure that they could have a retirement that they deserve because nobody's a harder worker than Ann and Bud Drescher at Ellie's Donuts.
85:09
Now, listen, over the last three months, your staff and your crew over there did something really, really cool when it comes to tips for the Jimmy Fond and for Dana Farber.

First of all, what's your thoughts about the demand situation of wheat in the United States? What opportunities are there for Ohio farmers?
1:08
Yeah, and so if we look at wheat, it differs a lot from corn and soybeans.
1:12
And so we think of wheat as a food crop.
1:14
And so a lot of that's going to go to human consumption.
1:19
And so in general, if we look at that part of the demand, we don't see tons of population growth within the United States.
1:26
Preference haven't really changed a whole lot for breads.
1:28
And so typically we see that increase about one to 2% per year.
5:26
What are the best opportunities for Ohio wheat farmers?
3:47
Uh, Grant, can you just tell us what demand there is for this tool in Kentucky and in the upper, you know, South and the Midwest?
3:55
Yeah.
3:56
I think the biggest use that I've found for it so far, and I think, you know, we're gonna have more iterations of this and see what we can do to make it better, but a lot of it's just using that tool for crop insurance education.
4:07
And so sitting down and showing how crop insurance works, which I think is one of the main points of this article that we're discussing today, is how does this shift the net income distributions, and how does it really protect you? And it's been a great tool for that.
4:23
I think it does help additionally to if you're gonna make a decision on, you know, crop insurance is complicated, what kind of unit structure am I gonna use? What kind of coverage do I want, et cetera.
4:34
And it does kind of...
4:35
It's easy after having some education to go back to this tool and think about, okay, what is the best options for crop insurance for the farmer's operation or anybody's operation?
