Grant CampbellGUEST
So kind of the background of this is we were kind of presented with an opportunity that we had looked at the possibility of suspending the gas tax in May, but we knew that the gas tax revenue is kind of what funds road projects, maintenance, new road construction.
Grant CampbellGUEST
Well, two things have happened that kind of gave us this opportunity this time is gas has started to go back up again.
Grant CampbellGUEST
And two, we had additional revenue over projections that we could do a temporary suspension of the gas tax, but we could offset the loss of tax revenue to the Department of Transportation so there will be no disruption of any road maintenance, road projects, any construction like that.

And as you described here, depending on how things transpire over the coming weeks, there's the possibility once you guys are back in session, you can also extend this.
Grant CampbellGUEST
We certainly can, but I tell folks one of the factors we'll have to look at is We only have a certain amount of surplus revenue.
