Uh, because I think, I think they've come to the realization that actually, the investment programs that have been set out for infrastructure are great, but actually, where's the money coming from? It's not coming from National Wealth Fund right now.

And leveraging in more private investment into public infrastructure has to be the way to go from number of different points of view actually number one obviously the affordability of that for public finances which are as we already know are significantly stretched at the moment particularly as we're waiting for the defense investment review to come out and we expect obviously more spending on defense um It must be quite easy for Treasury to pick out one of those big infrastructure schemes, 10 billion plus, and say, well, actually, do we need this? But actually, I think leveraging more private investment into infrastructure has to be the way to go.
