And I'm curious across B2B manufacturers, whether they've been OEMs or contract manufacturers or companies in industry 4.0 serving those types of businesses, like what are the things, maybe what are some of your observations about like what separates companies that are getting named as recommended by ChatGPT or Claude or whatever from ones that are kind of invisible or struggling to be recommended?

Grace WrightGUEST

Jon FrankoHOST
Like, tell us more about, and you kind of already have started to talk about this, but like your approach and like how you saw that as being something that like you were interested in as being a chapter in your career.
