I think one of my words was sustainability for what I was hoping to get just out of DPC and the conference and just because of kind of the journey I went through.

And medical school and yeah I feel like for me it was pretty early on starting clinical training in medical school and it was during COVID too like a big safety net hospital in Miami and I had started medical school so excited and so idealistic of course and then it was Like this creeping feeling that kept coming up the further I got in my education and training that was really crushing like this feeling of, oh, I don't know if this is going to be sustainable for my soul.
