But how do you think we best continue to attract younger professionals to the insurance industry and even more so the legacy or runoff sector within the industry?

Yeah, well, in general, I think young people... want to feel that they can add something to the equation.

So maybe it's less about how to track them and more about how not to detrack them.

If they feel the industry is rigid and they have to adapt to it, they are less likely to join.

If they feel they can add value and that there are things that are open to them to change, and to improve, I think they're going to want to come.

It's an exciting, interesting, dynamic industry.

And I think legacy offers some really unique opportunities in the data analytics space and understanding how to change outcomes.
