Were, were there other schools?

Yeah, like there was, um, definitely other schools.

Like I wanted to, um... 'Cause it was weird for me, like where, um, people like were-- 'Cause I played boys until I was like 13.

Um, and so people were committing in like seventh grade.

Like, it was kind of crazy, and I didn't really know what like college hockey was yet at that point.

And then I think when I was in, going into ninth grade, so I talked to like a few schools then, and then they switched the rule to after your sophomore year.

And so I had like a year plus of like no contact with coaches 'cause the rule changed.

Um, was there a coach or a teammate along the way who really influenced how you approached the defensive side of the game?
