This case, the patient was symptomatic, so I'm surprised they didn't treat her with steroids.

I think with the recent data, it really requires aggressive mitigation to prevent grade 5 toxicities, and if we do that, hold, get a pulmonologist involved if you have ground glass capacities, do a scan every two months.
