I did sort of have a think about this, and the first one I'll talk about is when I was working at La Trobe, I, I did have a, a difficult experience with, um, a student, and it become a group of students, who I just wa- hadn't connected well with.

And I'd done some things that they'd maybe misinterpreted or maybe I'd just done them poorly, and so there was a little bit of tension and conflict with this small group of students.

And we were on a field trip, uh, paddling at the Mitta Mitta River for a week, and it, it, it increasingly became a problem where I just didn't have them, I suppose.

So in your experience from your doctoral studies and perhaps just your experience, uh, as being a teacher over a long period of time, could you perhaps enlighten the listening audience as to some pointers or things that they could actually do to be, uh, as you say, um, Olympic athletes, um, in that context?
