I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

I've been in homeless areas before but the level of uh filth and degradation and and needles and just all kinds of crazy stuff going on was i was shocked i've never seen anything like that in montgomery county i never would have imagined something like that even could exist in montgomery county so i took a video and i um narrated it and then i put it online And the reaction was phenomenal.

And people were just shocked.
