Real estate changes on a daily basis these days, so what could you share with all of our agents as far as what they can be doing as things change and what may be the one best thing that they can be doing if they want to be more involved on the global level.

Yeah, so basically they don't have to be afraid.

They have to embrace technology and embrace change, of course, but also they have to be patient and have the courage to step outside their boundaries.

They have to, and I say this also to Italian realtors, they have to learn how to communicate with each other and they have to be courageous because they have to overcome barriers like language, like different laws.

But this is completely doable.

It is doable because of technology and it is doable because the business is there.

And if I look at numbers for the Italian market and foreign investors right now, Italy and Rome in particular are the first European country to be searched for by foreign buyers.
