What are some of the, what you mentioned, refinement processes or technology added? Can you give an example of something that would be a value add to the already existing export that would increase its market value upon exportation?

For example, and this I have been learning from India that They work for more than 30 years with the vision that they will be a very important country in technology, working in maths, engineering, and English history.

And for Bolivia, for example, we have a lot of potential in this because we are already exporting software to other countries.
