about the show yeah so i woke up and i remember it exactly it was the at the town hall meeting where asian cooper is addressing the whole town um and i was having a dream but it was my family in the place of the characters and i woke up and i was it was so it was a very surreal moment for me personally watching it so i feel like i was just entranced with the show ever since yeah

Well, I did the same because they had rented the pilot, and I didn't know by then, but I come to know long afterwards that there was a kind of European version of this pilot made into kind of a movie with more of an ending, which are those scenes with Bob in the basement and when he's like, walking around them there is kind of creepy but for me and it's much more fire walk with me feeling to it much more of that feeling to it but it's also a major spoiler if you haven't seen the series which is a fucking bummer for me because I was watching that one that was the first introduction for me to Twin Peaks so I kind of already knew who Bob was when I was starting to watch it and I had to kind of scrape together a complete set of VHS tapes from my boyfriend at the time and his friend.

They had managed to record the VHS tapes.

They put it and recorded Twin Peaks from a shitty television, like, you know, how it wasn't quite HD.

It was like 144p.

whatever you know it was really bad and there were subtitles and I realized they were wrong you know wrong translation if you even saw them correctly it was just shitty but I was just hooked and I managed to piece together the whole series and watched it via VHS so I hadn't actually seen Twin Peaks in a really good quality for years after that.

So I was a fan before I even knew, you know, the face of someone who was in the shop because it was such a bad copy.
