And
32:19
I think that's something that I took away and put that into my everyday here.
32:23
The early days of Twitter was an ugly, ugly place for me because I was in Chicago.
32:27
I had just gotten there.
32:28
I had taken someone else's job.
32:30
Not really.
32:30
She had gone somewhere else.

What was your thought process? No.
Tracy Butler

37:00
you
37:01
come to Chicago this week? Because I wanted to see you.
37:03
No, I really, I mean, there is no better place, I think, to celebrate fall than the Great Lakes.
37:08
I'm from Michigan.
37:09
I obviously went to school at Valparaiso.
37:12
So I and I worked and lived here for more than five years.
37:15
So I feel so connected here.

Has
30:47
So, I mean, it's still one of the biggest parts of this, not only the dance performance, but people need to like it.
30:53
And I actually think that helped me those first couple weeks because my dancing was not it.
30:57
It got much better as I went on but being a new mom you have a lot of people who could imagine what if I did that what would that feel like what would it look like I was still you know pumping and feeding my child and doing all these things that were real life and I do think that there's that.
31:12
point that the engagement with the fan, it's not the same because we didn't have TikTok back then.
31:17
It was slightly different.
31:19
But it still counted.
31:20
And I was so grateful still.
31:38
By the way, not to stir up the pot or anything, but you have a favorite that you think is kind of pulling ahead? You know,
26:48
What do they need to know about the weather?
26:50
You need to know that getting there is going to be difficult if you're starting in the morning.
26:54
It's going to be ugly, blustery.
26:56
You might even have tornado watches.
26:57
But then things start to dry out and clear out.
27:00
So right now we're watching this storm, and you can see on my graphics here.
27:03
It is south-southwest of the mouth of the Mississippi River.
27:50
I wanted you to tell me, everyone else, when you look at past moving through Tuscaloosa and the lack of moisture behind that over the pinpoint that is Tuscaloosa, what are the odds, even long after the center of circulation has moved through, that passing showers could impact that game?
27:47
see.
27:48
I don't know, but it doesn't change.
27:50
It's the same thought that I've had since I was young.
27:53
But how did I get to the core? And I think that's it.
27:56
I think it's being honest that those things are never going to go 1 million percent away, right? It Thinking that healing means cure, cure from an eating disorder is not something I think that happens.
28:09
I think that we just keep healing and we keep finding ways to heal.
28:13
So once I got over the perfection of cure, I just have those thoughts.

6 MINS LATER

34:42
So what does the hashtag not a weather girl mean to you today?
21:32
Ginger, first off, the wildfire threat, what do we know about it and how is it affecting these communities?
21:37
Yeah, here we have had Asheville Rising planned for a long time, yet we're waking up with people that have been evacuated from their home in some of the same areas that were hit so hard by Helene six months ago, but they're evacuating because of wildfires.
21:51
So we have had, you know, a deficit by about four inches here in Asheville since the beginning of the year, rainfall ri- wise.
22:00
So it's not that big, but you take that relative humidity, like lower than 20%, and then you take a 30 to 35 mile per hour wind gust, and that's where you have fire danger, and that's what they've seen.
22:12
The Black Cove Complex fires, the big one southeast of Asheville, uh, that's the one that has burned, you know, more than 6,000 acres.
22:20
It's at least destroyed, uh, close to a dozen homes.
23:21
the worse the damage was, the worse now the wildfire threat becomes to you.
23:24
No question.
