For listeners meeting you for the first time, Gina, how would you describe yourself both as a person and in what you do?

So I would consider myself a creative.

I was born in California and I lived there for the first 30 years of my life.

I'm a mountain girl.

I grew up in nature, so I really have passion around that, but also about art.

Seeing the world through a creative lens, I would say.

And I didn't realize that my future was going to be in the creative world all those years ago.

And you know that had you not used it, the outcome would have been very, very different.

Yeah.

So we, you know, as you and all of your listeners know, you know, we've been looking after people from the outside for many, many years.

You know, I've grown up with our clients.

They now have children.

They are now going through menopause.

They've you know, coming into another phase of their life, and as have I.

And I really struggled with my own health issues and, you know, going through some very difficult times through COVID, you know, so much stress that my body kind of shut down.

Yeah.

So how'd you feel when your appeal was shot down?

Um, defeated.

I felt defeated because, again, like, um, you know, that, that was a very excessive amount of time, um, for me, you know, as a person that I didn't have, like, a real intent, you know, to...

Like, that's not what I was trying to do, like commit a crime.

And again, like I said, I did cooperate, and, um, you know, it w- it's not like I had that type of thing in my record, like in my track record.

Like, I'm not a violent person.

So yeah, I did, I did...

Was that on purpose?
