I think, I mean, obviously the end of the race when you are lucky enough to place and, you know- I think having the opportunity to like getting the flag and run across the finish line for, for the, the United States is just like surreal to me.

... um, be- before the race, or the day before, um, I try to make it so that I, I'm planning in advance, like, with, like, obviously a couple days ahead, making sure you're eating enough carbs and staying hydrated.
