Do you think guests take away learnings from their experience that they'll sort of go on to keep in their heads and hearts, I suppose, after their stay? And how do you see that their stays sort of resonate with them down the line? It must be quite touching and formative for them, I'm sure.

Michael and I both said like there's nothing more satisfying when you come away from a break whether it's been a day and overnight a week and you're like oh actually I'm armed with some information I didn't have before I went there and that's I suppose our it's part of the journey you know we love people coming into the gardens and the polytunnels and seeing what's growing when why do you do it that way you know why can't you pick that now why can't you plant it then that's a tiny thing but like it's it's so infrequent that we we do that like we host retreats and on sunday um we did part of the experience at the end of the yoga and the lunch we go down and have like the botanical tea and there was things growing in there um They're like, they look like mini watermelons and everybody, there's like 25 people like, what is this? I've never seen this before.

Gillian BeareGUEST
Is that a water, is it a whole discussion? And we all like talked to the gardener and he said that they're like basically mini cucumber style things, but they're, you know, it's such a small thing.

What do you see as the biggest challenge for perhaps in particular independent hoteliers or other family-owned operations in the industry? What are some of the biggest challenges on the horizon and how are you planning to navigate those, I suppose, in the coming years?
