I'm really interested to know, how did you find that experience? And when you look at the success of the business now, do you recall some of those really important tipping points when you look back that have really made the company? So blue glass, the story.

It's a long story.

It goes back way beyond then.

Well, I mean, I came to this country 30 years ago and Blue Glass was sort of back in 2006.

So I got involved in Blue Glass when it was a tiny little company.

It was just sort of at its very, very beginnings.

And I came along and very quickly found myself in the hot seat running the business and pulling it into shape.

I would love to know for you personally, what was the motivation or the attraction to change things up so much?
