Well, first of all, before we get started into our discussion, perhaps tell me a little bit about PA Consulting, what you're doing there and your role.

Absolutely.

So PA Consulting is an innovation and transformation consultancy of about 4,000 people spread globally.

We have a very strong presence in the UK, but we operate also in other global markets such as the US, the Nordics and the Netherlands.

As far as I'm concerned, I've been at the firm for about five years and I've been leading this beautiful team of data science, which actually is a reference to the science of data rather than some people think of data scientists as sort of analysts and advanced analytics type people.

But it's more the science of data because my team... effectively tries to solve the most complex problems that our clients have across the lifecycle of data.

So starting from what we call the intelligent foundations, and I'll expand for a second, if that's okay, around that, which is from data strategy, governance, management, into data engineering, data architecture.

Like, where do you see that balance and where do you see some of the opportunities or challenges within that?
