Like I felt when I was listening to it, I can be in this space, but how, like can you walk us through this space? Or is it just for us?

Well, no, I do.

I like the fact that it will be different for you than it is for me.

And also, I don't think there's necessarily one.

I think I see it as each song has a different world.

I think the characters in the songs, they're like vehicles that I use to talk about things that I feel.

I think they all have very similar tendencies because they're essentially... me at the end of the day so they are just kind of me in different costumes um but a lot of the time I suppose it's like a spy in the house of love is not like when I was envisioning it I wasn't envisioning anything about the book it's not really about the book at all I just like the title and I and the sentiment I took from that title but the book that I associate with that song is not even that book it's um it's uh It's a Henry Miller book, Tropic of Cancer.

My girlfriend does all my visual stuff and when I finish music, I give it to her and I don't tell her anything about it.

I just give her the music and then she has her own sort of take on it.
