Uh, um, for those that don't know you, for those that, um, don't follow you, um, and for those that may not even attend our conference and get to meet you, tell us about, like what does your business look like today? Kinda give us like a 30,000-foot view and, uh, then we can kinda unpack from there.

You know, I've been in the real estate and mortgage business for about 30 years, and during that time I owned a bal-- a Coldwell Banker, uh, a Coldwell Banker franchise, a RE/MAX franchise.

I was a mortgage broker, then I built a fully delegated mortgage banking company, owned an escrow company, and invested in develop and build residential real estate.

You know, those experiences have really allowed me to understand every part of the real estate transaction, from helping someone buy their first home to financing projects, managing escrow, developing land, building homes from the ground up.

You know, today my focus is mortgage lending, real estate investing, real estate developing, building new homes.

You know, we buy properties, renovate and develop land, and build homes from, uh, the ground up through Southern California.

They're more afraid of failing than succeeding is what you're saying.
