Do we sublet? Do we bring it in-house? At what point did you realize ADAS, at least for you guys, was not just another service? It did deserve to be its own business.

Well, there's a couple of things.

One is a big one is we've worked together.

with calibration companies in the past being from the out of body, right? And not having so much of an understanding of it, we would just see a sublet invoice, right? And as we got into it and we dug into it, it's very complex.

Right.

And then I had an opportunity to meet with the guys from Kariados, Jeff Dunsken, Mike Booth, and Greg, and speak with those guys and see their passion and to see what their side of it was really opened my eyes.

So I was able to partner with amazing people to start a locally owned and operated business here in Hawaii that focused on calibration.
