What are some of those other factors maybe at play?

Yeah, I think, you know, among the things that we've been surveying on, yes, hiring is up.

But, you know, that's something that, you know, the types of questions that we're asking are what types of actions is your organization engaging in? And the fact that 89% or so are hiring at least some staff is, Seems like kind of a universal, but as we look back at the pandemic years, it was only 74% of governments that were saying that they were hiring at that point.

Whereas 15% to 20% were doing layoffs and furloughs.

So it's kind of an addition and subtraction at the same time in some cases.

But the size of the changes in staffing have also been changing.

you know, in some corners, do these findings suggest to you that the public sector is embracing the use of AI as part of their jobs, you know, to sort of augment what they're doing every day, you know, and why or why not?
