Does Vince reach out to you personally, or how do you first hear that Vince has interest in buying out the territory?

Well, I'm gonna leave out, uh, three-quarters of the story for time, but, uh, here, here, here's how it actually went down.

And, you know, Conrad, I'm, I'm not, I'm not, uh, I'm not, uh, patting you on the back here, but this probably will be my last time ever to speak about this.

'Cause, you know, I, I'm like everybody else.

I, I read the damn internet and, you know, my, my place, uh, I get, I get a little, little pissed that, you know, it was everybody else's ideal except for Jack and I.

Because Jack and I really don't come on and tell our story and brag about what going on, what went, what, what went down like a lot of other people do.

So I'll start, I'll start, I'll start about, uh, uh, three-quarters of the way through.

... and have the opportunity.

So he got in his car and he drove to Denton, Texas, and you know, he's, he's our brother.

He, he's, you know, going through a divorce.

He, "Man, I need, I need a job.

I need a, I need to start a business." And, and we said, "Why don't you start a body shop?" 'Cause he had a very successful body shop there.

So that's basically how, how the formation came about.

[laughs] But so the, the, the, what, the, you had the body shop, but you also had a real estate business too, right?
