Tell me what, or tell us what inspired you about this topic and why we are talking about this in our current episode.

George LucaGUEST
So I think first of all, risk and compliance is a topic that is on everyone's professional mind when we're discussing about operations, governance.

George LucaGUEST
It's a key topic that is very sensitive as it has a lot of impact on not only, for example, the payroll department, but it can echoed to financial statements to even the stock price and it has a very high visibility and it's being you know in the spotlight even more and more especially these days when we you know discuss about new tax legislation government changes etc and the payroll and you know the policy as well needs to be up to date with the recent changes and best practices that's why I'm also happy to join the podcast and discuss with both you and Max that I've been promoting the best practices and sharing your thoughts based on different clients, even from the book, Max, which is amazing.

George LucaGUEST
And I do recommend everyone to read it because it's a core and fundamental book that gives the principles and details from all the vast experience.

So George, out of all the controls you and your team operate, which one do you find the most useful and why?
