Why do you think that, from your perspective, active service customers are such valuable sales prospects for the dealership?

Yeah, I think it's a huge untapped resource.

First off, you have customers that are visiting your service drive where potentially, in most cases, you've already built trust, so they're coming back.

And through Cox Automotive data, we know when you build trust and they do come back, they're two times more likely to purchase another vehicle with you.

In addition to that, it's a unique experience, right, where it's, you're face to face, and you have the customer right in front of you.

And I think these type of conversations are very important, not just from a customer perspective and interaction to build more trust with them, but also cost savings.

Downstream, we're talking about potential things when it comes to reconditioning that you might not see, a lot of things with auctions that's monetary.

And he came over, and he told them they couldn't do it.

So they were arrested immediately, both of them.

The police station was just across the street.

At that point, Bayard and Igal, who were seated in the out of jeopardy, decided they would take the seats which, uh, the other two had just been arrested from.

These two cabs drew up in front of the house, and about eight or ten men started across the lawn with, with clubs or sticks or something, and, and we were really, you know, in a sweat.
