Well, let's, let's dive right in and, and maybe just to level set, exactly, you know, what are fixed ratio combinations and what, what's the problem, the clinical problem that they're trying to solve?

Sure.

As you know, I mean, in the field of medicine, this is not a new concept.

You can think about, uh, hypertension in which we combine, uh, you know, ACE inhibitors and a diuretic.

You can think about, uh, hypercholesterolemia.

We combine a statin, ezetimibe, okay? So we've done this before, and in diabetes, obviously, we fixed ratio combinations with metformin and sulfonylurea, okay? Or, you know, DPP for inhibitor metformin.

So those kinds of things have been around.

So over the years, you've been involved in a lot of different guidelines, uh, and the development of them, and so where does, where does this fixed combination fit in within the broader, uh, recommendations of, uh, guidelines?
