What were the expectations around how much dads were involved when you first became a dad compared to now? Because one of the mission statements of this show is very much to get dads more involved and be as close to an equal partner as

In the days when our family were growing up, the father had a different role completely than today.

It was a defined role.

You were the breadwinner.

You were the protector.

And you were the disciplinarian as well, usually.

You know, none of us ended up in jail.
